Users can add birthday details of friends, family members, or other persons. This information is saved only for the logged-in user and is used to show birthday reminders, upcoming birthdays, and birthday wish sharing options.
Users should only add information that they are allowed to store and manage for personal reminder purposes.
Birthday Mitra uses local notifications and push notification services to remind users about birthdays. Notification permission is required on supported Android devices. If notification permission is disabled, birthday reminders may not appear.

These third-party services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
Birthday Mitra displays ads using Google AdMob. Ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. Google AdMob may use device information, advertising ID, and ad interaction data to provide and improve advertising services.
Users may watch rewarded ads to hide ads temporarily for the same day. This reward is stored locally on the device.
User data is stored using Firebase services. We take reasonable steps to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no online service or electronic storage method is 100% secure.
We do not sell users’ personal information. User data may be shared only with third-party service providers required for app functionality, such as Firebase and Google AdMob.
Birthday Mitra is designed as a birthday reminder app. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children without proper consent. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Birthday Mitra may allow users to add an optional mobile number with birthday records. The mobile number is used only for app features such as birthday reminders and preparing WhatsApp birthday messages. Providing a mobile number is optional.
Users may create and share a birthday link through WhatsApp or other apps. Anyone who receives and opens the shared birthday link may be able to view the birthday details included in that link, such as name, birth date, relation, gender, and city or village name if provided. Users should share birthday links only with people they trust.
The app also provides a Paste Link feature. When a user pastes a shared birthday link and saves it, the birthday details from that link may be added to the user’s private dashboard. Users can select a relation such as Friend, Family, or Other while saving a shared birthday.
Birthday share links, share tokens, saved birthday records, mobile numbers, relation details, and reminder settings may be stored using Firebase services to provide app functionality. Users may delete birthday records from within the app and may request account/data deletion by contacting us from the same email address used for login.
