Birthday Mitra allows users to sign in using Google Login and save birthday reminder information. Users can request deletion of their account data and birthday reminder data at any time.
To request deletion of your Birthday Mitra account data, please send an email to:
Please send the request from the same Google email address that you used to log in to the Birthday Mitra app.
Delete my Birthday Mitra account data
After verifying your request, we will delete the following data linked with your Birthday Mitra account:
Your app account record
Your saved birthday reminder data
Friend/family birthday details added by you
Optional mobile numbers added with birthday records
City/village data added by you
Gender and relation details added by you
Custom relation data, if added
Birthday share links and share tokens created by you
Birthdays saved using the Paste Link feature
Source share ID or duplicate-prevention data linked with shared birthdays
Notification token linked with your account
Reminder settings saved in Firebase
App settings saved in Firebase
If you have created or used a Birthday Share Link, the related share token and birthday details stored for app functionality may also be deleted after your request is verified.
Please note that if you manually shared a birthday link through WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, or any other third-party app, we cannot delete copies of that message or link from those third-party apps or from other users’ devices.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your account data from our Firebase database within 30 days after verifying the request.
Some data may be retained only if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
This page allows users to request deletion even if they have uninstalled the app.
You may also clear local app data from your Android device by going to:
Settings → Apps → Birthday Mitra → Storage → Clear Data
